The importance of becoming involved in a project as soon as possible cannot be over-emphasized. As a part of schematic and master planning phases, we can bring our expertise to bear on connectivity and electronic infrastructure goals to establish advanced design concepts, and accurate budgeting. Many capabilities of an effective presentation system require coordination in the base building plan, especially electrical conduit layouts and telecommunication connections. Involvement at this stage can allow for expanded capabilities within the same budget, and save countless hours for changes which would incur design expenses later.
Once the goals have been established, we work closely with the architect to make sure that we guide the establishment of the infrastructure. When applicable, we will also coordinate details with other project members, such as the telecommunications contractors, information technology professionals, electrical, and general contractors. We apply what we’ve learned over the years into innovative, cost-effective design solutions that meet the client’s objectives, budget and schedule.
Precise detail is paramount to a good installation and ACT Associates will provide the needed documentation and knowledge to help the AV Contractor put it all together. Each project contains all the information and specifications for all related trades to build a complete user-friendly facility. Depending on the detail required, our design packages would include some or all of the following detail drawings and specifications. All of our drawings are created with AutoCad.
